After graduating, he joined Gentlemen’s Tonic, a prestigious grooming spa and barbershop originally founded in Mayfair, taking up post in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Always striving for excellence, Allan sought new challenges and opportunities. In 2022, shortly after the pandemic, he discovered Rogue & Beyond in Singapore—an encounter that marked the beginning of a new chapter. Sharing in the brand’s vision and values, he embraced its philosophy and continued to elevate his craft through rigorous training and mentorship.
