Driven by a desire to break free from convention and explore new creative frontiers, Joel set out to redefine men’s hairstyling—blending precision with individuality. In 2014, he relocated to Singapore, one of Asia’s fashion capitals, where he was awarded the prestigious Diamond Scissors Mentor Award. This marked a turning point, as he chose to focus his expertise entirely on men’s grooming. With a deep understanding of head shape, hair structure, and texture, Joel brings an architectural approach to haircutting.
