Alif Sianipar’s journey into barbering began seven years ago with nothing more than curiosity and YouTube tutorials. While pursuing his education at Temasek Polytechnic, he quickly realized that his true passion lay in the craft of barbering. Influenced by music, fashion, and art, Alif brings a creative and ever-evolving approach to his work. To him, a haircut isn’t just about making someone look good—it’s an art form. Each haircut is a sculptural expression, a unique canvas shaped by the individual sitting in his chair. In 2020, Alif joined ROGUE & BEYOND, marking the start of his professional journey in the industry. Since then, his growth has been driven by consistent hard work, curiosity, and commitment to the craft. He trains weekly under Joel’s mentorship, sharpening both his technical and theoretical skills. Beyond the technical, Alif values the personal. He enjoys meaningful conversations with his clients and has built strong, lasting relationships founded on trust and authenticity. Now, after five years with the team, Alif’s dedication, growth, and leadership have led him to his current role as Assistant Manager of our Telok Ayer branch.
